Hoopla is a digital media service offered by the Loomis Library & Community Learning Center that allows you to borrow movies, music, audiobooks, ebooks, comics, and TV shows to enjoy on your computer, tablet, or phone – and even your TV!
With no waiting, titles can be streamed immediately or downloaded to phones or tablets for offline enjoyment later. HOOPLA is like having your public library at your fingertips.
To sign up forHOOPLA: Go to www.hoopladigital.com in your web browser and click Log-in on the top-right corner. Scroll to the bottom, and under “New to HOOPLA?” click Sign-Up Now.
You will need four things: an email address, a password, a library card number, and the library account PIN (the phone number associated with the library card account).
Select the Loomis Library, CA from the list of libraries in your area.
Once you have selected the library, you will need to provide your account details.
Click in each of the boxes under “Account Information”. You will need to provide/create:
a copy of your email address
a password to protect your account (at least 8 characters)
your library card number
the library card PIN (if applicable)
Once entered, click the checkbox to consent to exchange information with HOOPLA, then scroll to the bottom and click Sign-up Now.
