READY TO START YOUR SUMMER READING CHALLENGE? Get started by registering your Beanstack account starting May 31st, and select your age-specific program.
We have challenges for ages:

- 2-4 Preschool
- 5-9 Kids
- 10-15 Teen Challenge
- 18+ Adult Challenge
Registration begins May 31, and the reading challenges begin June 14th. Join us for the Kick-off Party, Saturday, June 14th, 11 am – 1 pm. We will have snow cones, a community mural, a scavenger hunt, and more!
Here’s how it works:
- Sign up (or log-in) online on Beanstack (registration opens May 31!)
You can also download the Beanstack app for your mobile device, and sign up on the app. *please note that if you have registered on Beanstack before, you do not need to make another account. - Once the challenge begins on June 14, you can start reading and completing activities. Log what you read/do into the Beanstack challenge dashboard and unlock badges as you go.
- Start reading and track your time using Beanstack. And yes, EVERYTHING counts! Audiobooks, graphic novels, magazines, etc. all count! (Paper trackers can also be used in conjunction with Beanstack. Pick them up inside the library beginning on June 14th)
- Earn points for reading and completing activities!. Prizes are awarded at 150, 300, 500, and 1000 points.
- Prizes can be picked up inside the library during normal business hours.
