The library has a fine free policy. That means that late fees are not assessed for items that are overdue. Items overdue for 30 days are considered lost.
Lost or Damaged Materials
- Materials that are 30 days overdue are considered lost or stolen.
- Fines for damaged or lost items is equal to the replacement cost of the item plus a $5 processing fee.
- Fines can be paid in person at the circulation desk.
- The library accepts cash and personal checks only. Checks can be made out to Town of Loomis.
